owned one of these, a 1972. Damn good car, really.
At the time, I believe it had the longest hood (6 feet no lie) of any Chevrolet ever.
That hood made my car very popular at the drive in. 4 people could lay down flat on it.

G rowing up the neighbor across the street had a late 70's Monte in that bright bronze color, he was a dentist . (And is it me or are most of those paint guys not wearing any masks?)
