However, Ford stock held up relatively well... only down slightly from where I bought. Though had I waited, I could have jumped in at maybe a 5% lower cost.

I bought into SpaceX at 19 , decided against selling at 42, and then the market did it’s thing... Sigh.

Investing in individual stocks does require a certain amount of fortitude.
Having said that, I’m not doing this with my retirement savings. This is only the small, high risk, portion of my portfolio.
Even if this portion of my investments went to zero, it wouldn’t affect my livelihood or ability to retire eventually.

If you’re invested in solid companies that can weather this storm, just stay the course.
I wouldn’t want to be an Aston-Martin shareholder right now. That is one company that might not survive this storm fully intact.
I’m still up for the year due to my (slightly too soon) profit taking on TSLA.
