Now it needs to cool for a while.

Hopefully it tastes okay, outside looks nice though.

Did you use a dutch oven? I can’t seem to get my crusts decent without one. )=

I use a dutch oven for it’s simplicity.

When I make focaccia it’s just on a baking tray; I get more consistent results from my focaccia dough than I do with this plain dough.
