This is Lancelot. He’s a 10+ year old Maine Coon mix. He was a dumpster baby found in Newark NJ, rescued and raised by a friend of mine.
For some unfortunate circumstances, he had to be rehomed. We took him in October 2019 and he’s been the sweetest boy, but he can certainly throw a temper tantrum, and at 16+lbs, he’s no easily tamed beast.
But he is now our cat, and he has settled in nicely, it barely took a few days for him to settle in, which if you’ve ever adopted a cat, is a crazy short time.

Maine Coons are the best cats, I had one who’s favorite past time was sitting on my chest when I was watching TV. She was a good cat.

He’s got the absolute best temperament. We couldn’t have searched for a better boy.
He will follow my significant other around the house, and has truly fallen for her the most. I feed him in the morning usually and he still wakes her up first.
Last night we were watching TV and he was sitting on the chair next to the couch watching the tv too. He’s just too cute.
