I’ve owned two cars from out birth year, a ‘90 Jetta coupe, and a ‘90 325i sedan (both debuted in ‘84, iirc).

Happy birthday! Oh, to be 30 again. I’m twice that now...

When I turned 53, I wrote an essay on how I preferred 53 to 35. More wisdom, finances better, steady work from reputation, still physically capable. As I’m over 60, I see that was then. Now, I don’t have anything left to prove, I can coast along doing only what I want to. Physically a mess but that’s ok, too. Still love to teach, to pass on, what I’ve learned (even when you youngsters don’t want to listen).
