Am I crazy or would this make a kick ass fort/playhouse thing.
Hell, it’s free and I could sell the trailer for the better part of a grand.

I’m very tempted. Talk me out of this....

I’d be lying if i said that wouldn’t be a cool playhouse.

I like the optimism.
Bring a fire extinguisher for the small possibility there is enough grease in the axles to start a fire. Take lots of before during and after photos/videos for those of us who know what comes next never gets old.

It would be a super cool playhouse. My daughters would completely freak if I brought that home.
BUT! Eventually the kids will outgrow it, and you'll have a huge piece of garbage to cut up and throw in a dumpster.

Bleach and paint! Or maybe just a big bonfire.

Hopefully I’ll move by then and the next home owner can deal with it. The trick is getting it in the backyard. Tear down the fence and temporarily relocate the AC unit hoping it fits or hire a crane and go over the house.

LOL! Good luck selling the house with an old rotting boat in the backyard!
