I acquired rear disc brakes from an Integra to replace the drum bra ke s the Civic came with
had originally planned to swap the disc brakes from the EX donor car, but, apparently disc brakes were an option on the EX, not a default, and mine had drums also :S
also, I have cars on my feet today. #SoJalop
oh, additionally, I acquired this supremely terrible low quality lowering springs/coilovers
they will not remain on the car long, but were so cheap I have doubled my expenses by selling the stock springs. minor profit made.

ordered. along with some one piece headlights, and a long back-ordered 6th gen style Civic front bumper designed to fit my 5th gen.
more importantly a rebuild kit for the power steering, and a full gasket and timing belt kit for the engine are also pending arrival.

swapping
in a d16z6 with vtec designed for powaaaa
it’ll be nothing overly impressive, and just a fun weekend car. lots of good canyon roads here in Colorado, so somethign light to fling around is the goal.

Performance wise the drums are probably better on that car. They are lighter and plenty strong for a small light car
