Apparently, she was scared to death of heights and got stuck on the rock for 3 hours because the winds whipped up and the helicopter couldn’t land. There was a stuntman on the floor, hiding under her dress, who was there to hold on to her legs and provide reassurance she wasn’t going to fall out.

I kind of assumed that there was somebody else hidden in the car somewhere (I guessed the trunk not under the dress) but the fact that she was able to get out of the helicopter to start with makes her braver than I am.

Oh, no doubt. But the whole shoot had to be an absolutely terrifying experience for her, and none of that comes through on camera, a real professional.
