Good call.  Looks like the mountains are going to open up with limited services at the lodges.  Big question remaining is will you be allowed in?

I’m guessing you’ll get the snow in the northeast before too long. I’ll try to post the dogs more. Ever since we got the puppy they are in constant motion and hard to get photos of. I mostly just get crap like this.

Looks good to me. The more distant ski resorts (2:30 -3:30 out) are looking to open in around three weeks so I’m looking forward that. Closer stuff will be a bit longer. F irst m easurable snowfall where I am is usually around Thanksgiving, so I’ve got another month or so on that front .

She’s 4 months old. Still doing stupid kid things. We’re getting to be on a first name basis with our vet. Snow just stopped. I just went out and measured 11+ inches.

1 inch is considered a lot of snow around here. 11 would be the rapture.

So this amount of snow here is not out of the norm... in December-February.  We were not that ready for it in October.  It’s strange for sure.

Yep.  Our kids got these fleece onesie costumes with the idea of wearing them around the house in the winter but I’m assuming trudging through slush will ruin them.  Or at least I assume we’re still doing trick or treat in our neighborhood.  I plan to put on a mask and hand out candy to any kids that have face coverings.
