I once had CL prevent my from posting an ad (not flagged, wouldn’t even let me publish) becuase it was a Honda Civic that had parts from an Integra, Prelude, Jeep, Accord, etc.
And yet, this stuff happens

The worst part of CL.

I don’t know how many flags it takes to get these spammy posts removed, but I always do my part when the wrong car pops up in my search results.

TIL Craigslist has standards. Who knew?

Do you really even want the Mercury Topaz demographic looking at your ad?
In any event, I care less about this than I do about the plague of shady dealers posting down- payment or monthly payment numbers in the price field. That’s not what it’s for!

I love Craigslist, but shopping for cars and housing is a nightmare because of assholes like this.

What was the ad actually for?

Reminds me of that time a car I posted here had “rolex” in its keyword spam.
Hahaha because 1932 and 2011 are keywords people would use to find a broken 2005 Altima.
