I agree. Thats the one my grandma had, though I will say the 4.0 wasn’t speedy at elevation.

The difference between the 4.7L and 4.0L is quite dramatic. Have driven both now in WJs and there’s no comparison. SO SLOW.

It’s funny how that works. My 4.5 it is sooooo much slower than my 4.7 v8. All is bout those revs. My i6 is done by 4000 and my v8 pulls hard right up to redline at 6000

The WJ must weight a hell of a lot more than my LJ because the LJ has no problem with that engine. I suppose the stick helps though.
