There is good and then there is so good we think they’re crazy. but they aren’t. They’re just so much better than good. Suicidal for some I would think. If the icy snow won’t kill you, I’m sure the mountainous rocky/bouldery terrain will.
And the cardio of this guy! Dang! Probably sits at 150 average and spikes it up to 180+ for the hard work....no rest!

Physiology is an amazing thing. Super fit people actually have abnormally low resting heart rates and are able to maintain work below their anaerobic thresholds far better than us mere mortals. But the work you need to do to maintain that level of fitness is insane.

I never would have made it through the opening, but definitely once I had a flat tire I’d have been done. Crazy indeed.
