I think I have my spec figured out, but I can’t decide color.

Build: Black Diamond + V6 + Mid package, around $41k . Seems like the best “my friends are pressuring me to off road but I don’t want to spend $50k” build I can come up with. Big Bend can add the rear locking diff and ends up around $39k, but doesn’t get the steel bumpers, bash plate, and marine grade vinyl of the Black Diamond. You can add the front bumper and bash plate to Big Bend but still have cloth seats. Seeing as I intend to have the roof off a lot, vinyl seems like a good feature.

Anyways - Orange or Red?

I feel like in many pictures the orange looks like a school bus. Not sure how I feel about it. Red is very outside of my normal color palette, but that’s part of the appeal - trying to bring some color to the world. I already own a blue car and it’s not going anywhere, so I don’t want a blue Bronco.

I’m a sucker for orange, so my vote goes to orange.

If I had the cash I’d probably go ultra base model with a manual.

Edit: I take it back, Black Diamond is the first trim that has Cyber Orange available with a manual, so it’d have to be that.

I would normally vote against orange , but in my opinion the Cyber Orange is more yellowish/gold than it is orange. So then I guess that means I agree with you that it kinda looks like a school bus, but I still like it.

Don’t know why the easy clean interior is so restricted. Having three kids it would be awesome to take this through the car wash without the door and get everyone clean at once!

All the Bronco colors are nice but that orange has a pleasing amount of yellow and bronze in it. Go orange!

With any vehicle in red the yay or nay for me lies with how the taillights look with the red vehicle. Ex red Jukes or Velosters looked dumb so immediate fail. Volvos have those beat up the sides lights and they disappear with red, fail. So I’d need to see the butt end. I don’t really like that orange though.
