There was minimal talks of this coming to fruition with this region. NEOhio only got in to rallycross last year, and has had two events so far. The previous individual is the Autocross Chair, road races as well, and has too much on his hands to be handling all of that. I honestly was not expecting any consideration since I’ve only been involved in the sport for two years now.
Well now it’s official, and I have no idea what I am doing. I am excited to grow the region and find more locations for us to compete at. Currently, we are in good ties with one fairground; and that’s the only place the region has hosted.
I now can add this to my resume, right underneath “amateur competitive eater” and “forklift certified”. Wonder how my parents feel about this.

Hey this is my local region which started doing these as soon as I sold the only thing I own which I’d have taken to one (and spent years wishing there were some to go do!)

Where do they run rallycross up there? I got tired of Bitzers and they always had a crossover loop that was always too rough . I ra n stock but I was to the point of replacing suspension every year.

So far, the only site they’ve used was Geauga county fairgrounds. It’s a great site, but the fairgrounds are looking to install light posts in the field we use. So we’re hoping to find a few more locations in the area when that comes to f ruition.
