Engine came out of my Trans Am back in 2012 and has been stored indoors ever since. Now that I’m doing an LS swap it’s not needed and I can’t see having another project car for a long time. It was way more reliable than the Pontiac engine that replaced it lol. It’s too nice for a coffee table. It’s in Indiana and the Oppo discount obviously applies.

Ah, the beloved 350/350. I think every American over the age of 45 or so has owned one of these at some point - - or at least spent a fair amount of time driving one.

Mine was in a ‘72 Monte Carlo- - besides high speed runs from Mt. Prospect to Champaign, IL, I used it to deliver pizza in Champaign for a semester. Gas was $0.69/gallon that spring. Never gave me any trouble, despite my best efforts to kill it.

Good times.

I did most of my driving in this thing when gas was $4+/gal, that 4 barrel carb ate gas like no tomorrow which was not fun on a high school budget at the time.

Mine only had a 2 barrel.  So, basically a 3,800 lb Prius.
