Show biz is going to be shut down for most of us, a friend of mine knows the head of sales at Sonic Internet and they use lifts like we do on shows . We are qualified to start as ground people. They have medical and give you a truck to commute in. I lose my union medical after November. So I applied, I guess we will see how it goes. Maybe I will like it more and stay and just do shows every once in a while to add to my pension. I’m up to about $2k a month when I’m 65, it’s locked in so I can do whatever. When my number fall down really far I could go back and do whatever I want. If this works out I won’t sell the Z for sure, finish the truck. I’m going to my friends shop to do the TSX brakes tomorrow.

Yeah I might as well try it, I don’t want to pay out of pocket for family insurance, and maybe I will like it more. Show biz is stressful. Seems chill, two people go out and do jobs. It has been nice with the family, my wife won’t be going back to work for a while so she can stay with Sylvie.

Yeah maybe, I could wait it out but I might like this more, seems like the company is really growing and laying their own fiber optics. They might train me to do the lift stuff eventually, I’ve spent years in lifts so it’s down to the other stuff for that. It doesn’t pay as much but it has benefits and paid commute, they pay you til you get home.

Well it seems easy enough to me and they pay you until you get home. It’s mainly because I don’t want to start shelling out for benefits. But my job has always been stressful so maybe it will be better.

Give it a shot. This pandemic won’t be around forever. If it doesn’t suit you, you can always go back to the graphics when the demand increases.
