I’ve been a Bears (and Blackhawks and Cubs) fan since I was a little kid living in Chicago in the 70s. So I was happy about 1985. I don’t have any feelings about Ditka one way or the other (although that was a dick move for letting Fridge score in the SB rather than Payton). But there have been numerous people who have replied to this post with very low opinions of Ditka.
