1. Take the general shape of a Velomobile. E.g.:

Scale it up by 50%. ( Fully enclose it, if not already)

2. Use motorcycle parts instead of bicycle parts. Use a rear hub motor (something decent sized - say 15 kW).
3. Get it registered as a motorcycle.
4. Enjoy silently cruising around like it’s the future.

Seriously, it’s 2020 already. Let’s start acting like it’s the future and stop eating laundry soap pods, and start doing cool stuff.

This is nearly my future startup design concept, although probably 2 wheeled for ease of parking. Most of the parts already exist, I really should put some more work into it.
