Leftover ribeye (cold) and eggs. I’ll probably add some applesauce, and maybe... Carrots? Can you tell I’m scrounging up whatever I find in the fridge? I wish I had a way to make waffles though...

Ribeyes from last night’s work party at Mi casa.

I’ve got the simplest waffle recipe now. The thing that is difficult is that I can only cook one at a time so it takes a good 20-30 minutes to cook up a double batch of waffles.

Oy! You there! Didn’t feel the need for a full post but did you do anything like extra weight in the trunk for Miata winter driving? I have exceptional all seasons with winter rating, but that’s for safety of needed. My Cayman will continue to be my snow vehicle with proper winter tires.

So, just for cold and potential ice, sand bags in the trunk? Different fluids for the temps?

Honestly I never went out of my way to add weight to the back. Decent snow tires were the big thing, and keeping momentum going was almost as important. I didn’t always have rear wheel grip, but I always had enough speed to carry me through to a less slippery area where my tires could bite in again. I ran 0-40 year round, and changed my antifreeze ratio once Temps dropped. Besides that, the only other game changer was lubing my key holes! Nothing is worse than breaking up a key off in a frozen lock
