One of my many dreams is to buy a de- commissioned fire house. Live in the loft, ground level for cars and toys.
Will probably never happen, but I can dream.

I’m trying to do picture number two but like on a normal guy budget. Same basic concept though. Two car garage lift in one bay, small loft in the extra space above bay #2. Depending on the height of the ceiling it may just be storage, if not there will be some sort of chilling accommodations

The “ caged” part is no t wide enough to accomodate a regulation-size 3-point zone. But again here it’s also too short to shoot out of the 3-point line straight ahead from the board.
Eh ... I should have added a 3rd characteristic : more money than sense.

The combo gym thing is kind cool but I’d want a bigger court. And I find the placement of the cars unreasonably inefficient with space. All of these are kinda tasteless really.
There is somebody on my street who has what these are supposed to be. It's a genuinely nice garage with four post lifts for max car storage and a TV lounge on the bottom floor so you can watch and admire the cars. Nice loft apartment above too. These are just so overdone they miss the point.
