Got to meet John at his hangar for a video premiere about his first big outing to concours d’elegance Amelia Island, which I luckily got to edit. Really nice guy with an immense love for cars and racing. He sponsored lots of initiatives in Jacksonville for students to get into racing/cars. Sad to see him gone, he was one of the good ones.

Damn. My sister just had a coworker diagnosed with l eukemia. My step brother had it as a kid and thankfully went into remission after a year or so. I’m currently taking graduate coursework on environmental laws and regulations, and the shit we allow to be put into our air, water and soil concerns me a lot more than any virus.
