Eury?
I hardly you knew ya.
Most times I’ve seen this they mount a suspended rack on the right side with attached counterbalance underneath frame.

I imagine this makes wheelies very easy to pull and maintain

Did you know that brake pads for the moto and for the mountain bike cost the exact same?
I just put my SECOND set of pads for this season on my Stump Jumper this weekend.

Isn’t Eury’s black/gray? This is mine, had it over a year now.
Have you actually seen one before? I've never seen anyone else do it except in pictures, and they were all similar to this.

Lol haven't tried with it on there, and I don't think I want to

Holy crap, seriously!?
Clearly you’re using your brakes too much!

Riding with kids means I have to use my brakes much more. They last longer when I just ride at my own pace.

I was trying to make a bad joke. I thought this was an internet or street find not your own bike and contraption.
Yes, seen at least a half dozen. MTB were a bit heavier 20-30 years ago so cantilevered off the back was a bit dicy with how bad the roads are locally. Believe the style I mention was derived from carrying surfboards.

Yup, mine is the silver.I was on a ride last week when I took that pic and passed a guy on a GS with a bike on the back.
At the time I thought he was the coolest person on 2 wheels. You have overtaken him, because Africa Twin!
BTW, there are few things I’ve had that I love more than the AT

It’s such a great bike!
If you plan on putting much weight on the tail rack, I suggest finding some braces to support it. It’s a bit floppy on it’s own. I didn’t trust this setup without braces. Hepco & Becker make some that don’t require pannier racks, but do bolt into the rear subframe using factory holes.
