Covid-19 in Spain is mostly starting to get not-chill again. But it’s mostly concentrated in Madrid, the Ba sque country, and I think near the border with Andorra. Save for a couple of counties, Galicia seems to have no covid policies... Though people do mostly wear face masks.
I really wanna chat with the owner of this joint because I don’t understand
... It’s open every day of the week for fourteen hours... In this economy?

I thought case rates in Cataluña were pretty high still, is that not the case anymore?
Looking at that picture makes me want to go get a pint so hard.

If the owner doesn't have any employees working, there's little cost to opening the place, other than the owner's time. And the owner probably has nothing else to do?

I looked at a map the other day and it looked more chill than Madrid and the south (which I forgot to mention) ...

I've come here over the years, the owner has lots of staff in the summer and usually three staff in the off season. I have spoken to him before, I have the impression that he has various restaurants.

On the other hand, I’ve been buying more of the $15+ 4-packs of beer lately because I don’t ever get pints of beer at a bar where they’d be more expensive than that anyway. So there’s that.

I work for a company in Melbourne but a guy we work with is currently in Spain. Seems much more chill than back home haha.
