Looks pretty good, how far did you strip it down before respraying this time?

We ended up only sanding it smooth again, then laying two good coats of sealer.
We let the sealer dry for a few days, then scuffed it out again, then laid single stage over it.
Doing it this way eliminated the reducer, which eliminated the issue.
