I just told some co-workers today “You are 100% in the clear to ask questions to OSHA about how you’re doing something and they can’t fine you if you’re currently doing it wrong.....unless the question is ‘I illegally obtained a missile and am wondering how to store it’ in which case not only will you have OSHA knocking on your door but also the US Army ”
