2021 Honda ridgeline. No more Odyssey front end. Check out those faux bead locks, cool that they put some neat wheels on it.

is t he front grill meant to look like a crab scuttling away? or perhaps a couple of arms up in shrug or exasperation .
and sure, it has fancy wheels in this pic, but it’ll come with some stupid over complicated wheel design that is the current trend.

I think the newer Ridgelines looks much better than the first gen.

Design matters...
Way better.

I will never be able to unsee Honda doing an emoticon shrug on the front of the Ridgeline.

Don’t love the wheels but I do love that front end!

The front and back end retreatments are a good step in the right direction, but I do not like those wheels. they look like plastic molded inserts for a powerwheels...um...wheels.

Considering the trend in crab claw or “C” shaped tail lights, bringing it too the front was only a matter of time.

Oh nice, I see a lot of old guys driving the new Ridgeline. I did look at them but they are not cheap, I ended up with the wagon and the wagon is capable of carrying a kayak now. I like it, I don’t mind the current one too much, it’s good for what it is.

I’ll be the outlier here. I don’t need my truck to virtue signal like other trucks. And I’ll gladly take the much reduced black plastic wheel arch cladding from the 1st gen.

Best looking Ridgeline yet.

Still don’t love it but it’s far better than what it was and more in line with other midsize trucks. I expect sales to go up, curious to see by how much.

I don’t know what that means but the newer one certainly goes back to a more truck look than a mini van with a bed.

I thought the wheels looked cool, original design and kinda tough looking. I’m sure they will put some 20's on it with 45 series allseason tires.

Thanks.

Dammit, I’ll see that forever now.

Agreed. I wasn’t a big fan of the 1st gen, but it was significantly better looking than the second gen was.

Nope. Don’t like it. Busy front end.

Yes now it looks a bit more proper “Truck”

I agree w/you on the wheels. I like ‘em.

A bit too GMC for me

Congratulations to Honda for coming up with the brilliant question of: Hey, what if we made our truck look like a truck in the front!?!?!
Bout time.

It’s like they finally figured out what consumers want or something.

Definite improvement.

Agreed. Luckily the wheels can be changed. Which I would. Overall, it looks much better.

Not bad Honda, not bad.
Wheels look good, except the gold is a bit over the top.

While going to pick up some food a couple days ago , I saw a pre-facelift version (duh...the post-facelift version isn’t out yet) out in the wild and thought to myself “huh...someone bought one, nice.”
