The fact that it is holding is pretty amazing. It looks like that beam is just two 2x6 s with a 2x4 on top spanning 10 feet.

Surprisingly, that KIA Sportage engine is based on the Mazda FE3, which is a gas detuned version of their RF Diesel. They hold up to A LOT of boost and can put up huge numbers. I’ve always pondered finding a 5 speed gen 1 sportage to have some fun with.
