I’m bad at discerning camo’d cars. Let me know what y’all think.

My guess is some big new GMC or Chevy SUV thing. Suburban or Yukon

100 percent that looks like a GM under there. Yukon, Tahoe, Escalade...one of those.

GMC denali...which is odd since it’s already been revealed.

SO. MUCH. GRILLE.
I think it’s the Suburbopedestrian Crusher 3500.

My guess would be Yukon/Suburban.

Looks like all new 21' GMC Yukon, not sure why in camo, though could be an different powertrain variant.

Too big is what it is

Oversized pos

Less odd is the amount of special editions and other reasons for using it as a test sled that might exist.

Probably testing the diesel version
![]() 10/04/2020 at 17:21 |

More likely that they couldn’t find a willing intern to peel all the tape off an old test mule

the paint underneath the wrapper is brown, and inside it looks like there might even be a third pedal :p

No, but there is a 3.0l I6 diesel on the way

Came here to say this. Maybe a hybrid version?
![]() 10/04/2020 at 17:56 |

Manufacturers don’t always take off all the camo on their mules after the vehicles are announced/launched. They’re just test vehicles so they DGAF.

it's like a MAGA hat on wheels

I was going to say fugly but it looks like that point has already been made.

Maybe it’s a go fast version?

Maybe a test mule for a hybrid version

C8 Corvette with the Duramax option.

I think it’s one of the new Corvettes.

It’ s going to be a very good engine, it’ s just too bad they didn’t try harder to make it more serviceable . I get that packaging an I6 isn’t easy...but what they will go in has a lot of hood.

Yup, saw one this weekend, it’s not very flattering from the front side view, the headlights and the grille are on two distinct planes and it is not very nice IMO. The Escalade is much nicer looking, but a bit tall looking.

The problem is that it must share fixed mounting points and transmissions with the small block V8 versions , something that every RWD GM product has done since 1955. Literally every single RWD based GM platform will accept and SBC or LS/LT with no modifications needed to the engine bay/frame/subframe

They were able to do
it with the GMT360, which was available with an I6 and a V8.

Diesels don’t have spark plugs, so there’s that :o)
