Is that a Dodge van grill I spot? It probably is since it uses Dodge running gear.

It didn’t look that bad in the first picture.

1973 Champion Rectrans Discoverer , Same type RV as used in the movie Slither 1973. It’s the first RV manufacturer to use the wind tunnel in design, and was designed by the designer that made the Sting Ray Vette. The interior is gutted mostly, it has a 413 RB Mopar 727. It has 6 newer tires, newer 3” exhaust, Generator starts right up, gas has electric,fuel pump, and it runs and drives great but brakes leak somewhere overtime. It will need work, it has a new battery and I replaced the carburetor with a edelbrock 6 00 1406, I put 15 gallons of fuel in it and drive it around my yard. I have drove it it and it runs fantastic. Starts right up. Drove it up to the house to wash it. Generac generator , starts right up. I don’t need it. $1650 obo May trade!? Yeah anything above scrap value is a CP. Shame since it’s a really interesting machine but it’s in very rough shape. I applaud the seller’s attention to detail in the ad at least.

In better shape, that would be pretty damn awesome. But, the rust, the gutted interior, and the 4x4s being used to keep the roof from caving in mean its basically scrap value at this point.

That is awesome, it needs a lift and some tires so it looks like a moon rover from a 60's TV show.

I’m betting even a scrapyard would charge HIM to accept it. There’s so much worthless junk in the bodies that they don’t always pay for RVs because of the work involved in breaking them down.

Granted in this one just pull the posts out of the back and it will break itself down.

The gutted interior would be nice if they hadn’t gutted it so much they needed the 4x4s. If they’d ripped out the furnishings and left the supporting walls it would be much better.

That is if you ignore the extra crispy frame.

I was thinking that but I would put it on a surplus 8x8 or something and add some stuff like a laser gun turret.

I remember what you are talking about, my friend had one. You could program it to drive around, stop and shoot, etc. The thing I posted was from a TV show called ARK II , about a group of scientists (with their pet chimp) who drove around the post helping people after the Earth was ravaged by pollution.

Oh I meant just make the radar dish spin, but I do know the Big Trak . My friend had one but I couldn’t get one. Seems so dumb now, but I wanted it badly.
