Cars and Plans out the window

So many times I go into a car show with a plan to shoot certain cars only to be greeted by a car that makes those plans just go away. This time it was a clean and very original FD-RX7. I ended up shooting more JDM than usual, mixed in some classic BMW and somehow managed to cram a Volvo V60 Polestar in there as well. Full disclosure on the Volvo? Always like the estates, and the dad mobile vibe it gives off makes the dad mobile vibe of my Passat GT small energy.

I am so glad this is continuing on. For how long in the current video format? I don’t know. Because people went ham. I purposefully did not put that footage in the main part of the exit shots. Talking about it probably does nothing for those people. But in the case I deter at least one person from acting a fool it’s a win for me. That stuff just kills shows. It probably already killed that exit because next time there will be an officer posted, or worse, I am no longer allowed to film there.

I love filming at new shows. I end up finding a spot by myself and get two or three good shows in before people realize that is where the action is. And when the crowds gather the idiots gather as well. Egging people on. Using the onramp as a parking spot (another reason why a cop will no doubt end up clearing us all out).

Fingers crossed my fear is ungrounded. Either way, we’ll know when the next show is!

R32 and chevy SS x 2 plz

I have never been able to have a go in a Chevy SS, but recently I did drive a R32, and that was AWESOME! I also officially don’t object to a car with the wheel on the other side anymore. That was a big eye opener.
