Taking an actual legal perspective on this, no. You’d have to look at the causal chain when trying to determine if a party is guilty of an offence, and “zoonotic disease infects millions in order to get the the president of the United States” is a stretch not even Reed Richards could make.

The simple answer is “no”. The more complex answer is “No, what a stupid thing to ask”. If Trump had taken even minimal concern the with virus
he wouldn’t have caught it so it would have been a pretty ineffective weapon and it’s not like the Chinese view him as some kind of immediate threat . He’s too simple to predict for that.

Besides, if they really wanted to get rid of him they could do it without killing thousands of their own people and causing a global recession that hurts their interests.

Trump got the virus from the Russian Pee Hookers that were infected by a COVID-sprayer that was remotely activated over 5G while they were going thru the secret underground tunnels to the oval office, in order to deliver an even stronger version of the virus that is tran smitted thru pee and not air . Technically the Chinese created the virus, but it wasn’t deployed to the hookers and then to Trump until some bored Bernie-Bro got into Hillary’s emails by guessing her new password (changed from password123 to the much more secure Password1234 after the last hack), and clicked on too many email links.
