I swear this guy is at our house daily right now. We have a baby due in a couple weeks so we’ve been ordering and returning furniture constantly. With a few car things thrown in for good measure.

As a side note, if Amazon can’t ensure their supply and delivery chain can get furniture to you unharmed, maybe they shouldn’t be in the furniture business? Alternatively, maybe I should learn to stop ordering furniture from Amazon?

Amazon presumably is making enough money to justify some losses, especially if they can just bill UPS for things damaged in shipment.

I used to sit by my company’s Amazon sales team, and we sold furniture, so I’m aware of how much of a shitshow that can be.
