Its basically a J-Body with generic European flair... a Cavalier with an Italian accent, thanks to Bertone.
I like how it somehow manages to look somewhat sophisticated, yet still give off the overall feeling of being a J-Body.

A lot of mechanical similarities with the brazilian Chevrolet Monza, the tupiniquim version of the Opel Ascona.

I thought the styling vaguely reminded me of the Citroën Xantia even though it doesn’t exactly look like it. Turns out it was one of the initial designs that was rejected for the Xantia.
