If Bill Weld does not bring an axe to personally behead President Trump for treason, what’s the point?

Im not going to lie...I didn’t even know there were going to be republican primaries. I was under the impression that the party defacto nominee was Trump.

Mike Pence will convert to Islam before Donald Trump is defeated in the primaries, so this seems like a waste of time to me . Case in point:

“My Maserati does 185, but according to President Trump, would also fall apart at the slightest touch.”
/actually pretty accurate

Several states are planning on not having Republican primaries at all, in order to shut these guys out. I suspect most will eventually go that route.

Cancelling primaries isn’t uncommon for the party of the sitting president.

It usually is. The second Bush ran unop posed and I believe Obama did as well. Trump just generates so much anger/hate towards him, people are willing to try and run against him.
They’ll probably fail unfortunately.

Didn’t say it was.

I’m rooting for that Bill Weld guy.

But can you imagine if Mike Pence did convert to Islam and Trump was defeated in the primaries?

Opening line/statement by Walsh was dead on.

Did you listen to it? Pretty sad that technical difficulties screwed them over (and they couldn’t clip that out for the replay 23 hours later
?)
, but maybe there’s a metaphor in there somewhere, sadly...
