With a mostly gutted interior? I would think so. How much would adding back a kitchen, head, and the various built-in furnishings that should be there cost on top of that price? Probably more than an already complete trailer.
The plywood paneling doesn’t even have any finish on it yet.

i know nothing about trailers, it might be high but if its something actually desirable maybe not. Like a gutted split window corvette is still going to fetch crazy money.
