Got the new fancy adjustable shock in for the Vette. Which means I will be doing those, the lowering kit, the braided steel caliper hoses, and a radiator flush today. Well at least that is the plan if I can make all that work in one day. Probably pushing for a lot, but we shall see. At least need to get these shocks on because I’d like to know how the car feels with some handling . Though I will have to redo it all again when I finally get my bushing set in. Of which there are 30+ bushing to change *ugh*

Are these the ones with instagram ads about how you can revalve your shocks in minutes? They always look cool lol.

As something to keep in mind under the car, those fiberglass springs are surprisingly fragile when working around them. Very minor kicks and surface scratches can weaken them in way that will cause them break at some point down the road. Pros either keep them covered up and/or are exceedingly careful and deliberate  when working around them on these cars.

Thanks for the advice. The front one will likely need replacement down the road by the looks of it anyway, so.... I mean I am careful and deliberate most of the time with my work.

Cause doing them on a Corvette is a very large job and I am not and the point of pushing this car where I will feel the gain enough to justify the massive hit to my check book.

Plus what is cooler than a sideways composite mono leafspring ?

I don’t think so? These just have a knob to change rebound and compression and such settings like a good adjustable coil over etc.

Gotcha! If everything works out well, I'll br doing delrin control arm bushings, coilovers and swaybars over the winter.
