I kind of like this one, generally a fan of Shingle Style. Maybe a bit much for a single family, but I can see wanting to break up the visual mass on an apartment building.

if you think its a bit much for a single family then you may be happy to know that it is 5 condos.  it was a single family and we are adding one condo to the left and two to the right and dividing the original house in half to make 2 units.
