Man I miss this car. It was rough, but man it was fun.
I also miss having a shit ton of stickers on the back window of my car. I may have to start fixing that. It was kinda my thing for awhile. A tacky thing, but mine none the less.

The weird thing is, a car like this, in this exact color, was posted to a Facebook group I follow. I don’t know what the car looks like now, but the car on that photo looked immaculate. Do you have any idea what happened to it after you sold it..?

The guy I sold it to sold it last fall to some one in southern Wi. Most of them are black and a surprising number of them are in the Midwest.

Indeed. Didn’t help that I rarely kept it clean. But it was more fun while getting it dirty.

Is that a vr4? I had a 92 in that same green. Engine was a gem but the drivetrain gave me constant heartburn.

If it is a VR4 then I am not surprised. They only came in a handful of colors and a lot of them were green. My 92 was Green

Some people commented on the photo, saying the color was rare, but I can't recall which color it was...

T he color distribution for the VR4 was pretty even between 4 options in 1991 and 2 options in 1992.
In total, green made up about 30% of Galant VR4's sold in the US - making it the second most common color after white (33%), but the two are close in quantity.
The rarest color is grey, which was only available in 1992 and made up only 7.5% of sales.
