Next time you should put it in a lemon & rosemary brine before you cook. Those subtle flavors will turn a 9/10 chicken in to a 11/10 chicken. Put in the whole lemon after you squeeze the juice out, the oils from a rind will help. Rub the rosemary between your hands to let the oils loose too.
