I ne ed to stop looking at the local real estate guides. They make me sad. There’s about 100  pages of this published monthly.

I know the feeling. It’s nice to dream, but it’s also a good way to make yourself unhappy. At least that’s what it does to me. It’s why I quit “shopping” in general and only look at things that are within my budget. If I can’t afford it, I really don’t want to look at it.
