I dropped my car off this morning for some routine maintenance and while they don’t do loaners at this Volvo dealership, they do have a Hertz rental counter in the Lexus dealership (which is owned by the same company as the Volvo dealership) and they provide a free rental.

I told the woman I didn’t care what car they gave me as long as it was not a Nissan SUV as the Rogue I was given last time was as awful a vehicle as I have driven. This time I got a RAV4. It sucks too, but in a far less aggressive way.
