Found next to a site at work. Turns out Durango 6 lugs fit with spacers, using the 3 lugs. Daystar sold theme the lift. It’s a shop owners father/son project. He said they do one once a year, the last one was a lifted Baja Bug on a bus chassis and the year before that was an old Model A pickup hot rod.
