That V70R is all cosmetic, no engine mods or anything. Kinda goofy. That interior is a bit tough too.

You can still get R Design cars that aren't Polestar. And you can get R Designs with a Polestar tune. Or you can get a Polestar, which has additional power and suspension changes.
