Yeah, I don’t believe Trump is competent enough to do that on purpose. I do however believe him and his administration could do something like that without considering how it looks.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Trump wa s oblivious. But it’s possible someone in the administration who does know the significance suggested the date. Not sure if that’s better honestly
