I mean, I know BMW Individual is a thing, but I’ve never noticed   a badge for it.

Factory or dealer add on?

Seems ripe to be picked on, it suggests  that the owner is quite an individual.

The chrome strip above the plates has a label that says “BMW Individual”.  Car is a recent 750li

This. It’s like badge deletes. 99% of badge deletes are people with base engine/trim cars trying not to advertise that. It’s a rare bird that gets the super special high horsepower extra shekel package and doesn’t advertise that. I’ve always thought the pinnacle of giving zero fucks is getting a high spec AMG with a badge delete.

I have seen debadged AMGs and Porsches (a guy by me has a deba dged higher end 996) - but yeah 99% of debadged cars are 320i, C300, etc etc.

My dream car is an E63s wagon.  Debadged.

I’ve removed the badges on both a 335 and 328. It just looks better. The exhausts tell enthusiasts which engine it has anyway.

If I were ordering a Porsche, I would select the option that deletes all except 911. I don’t need the “ Carrera GTS” part
