Sawhorse edition. I had a rediculously beefy 3' x 4' whiteboard that was buried in my closet, because at one point I wanted to be able to brainstorm work ideas—after I’d gotten off of work. #staremployee
Please ignore the unpainted section of wall that somebody never got around to covering with trim
Unfortunately whiteboards don’t work very well for lefty’s using a western written language...
Makes a good desk though!
I bet I could license the design and sell it to hipsters for $450. Rustic-modern faux marble computer desk?

The lucite chair really pulls the hipster look together. I like it.

Sometimes things just work. Said lucite chair might be gaining functionality at the expense of design with some bolted on castor wheels...

I like it, and yeah you probably could sell that design as “modern” for way-too-much-money.
As a lefty: it’s doable but not easy, especially with the board horizontal. When I was in college I get decent at writing on a whiteboard (or chalkboard) without my hand resting on the board, though those are all vertical surfaces.
That said you could also
teach yourself to write in mirrored print, right-to-left so it’s a non-issue (or just try it one day and realize you can do that for some reason, which is what I did). That said, don’t expect anyone else to be able to read it.

With the narrow footprint and the proximity to that rug, I can see the addition of casters being shortly followed by an unexpected meeting with the floor.

When I was a kid I wrote mirrored, freaked some teachers out. I think if anything I'd just revisit writing right-handed, which I've gotten semi-proficient at twice now

You have a point

I mean, don’t let that stop you. Just maybe leave a camera rolling while you’re using it...

I think the worst I've had to deal with is a charcoal drawing assignment for architecture studio
