Looks factory, but I dont think Honda offered any interesting colors on the 2nd gen CRV . Someone had leftover highway yellow paint :P

School bus yellow is more commonly known as chrome yellow around here. Or," Oh my God it's, Yellow."

I’ve used Chrome Yellow and School Bus Yellow interchangeably , no real rhyme or reason.

I have a silver one, they might have come in a yellow but not that one.
