This past weekend at my local track, Seekonk speedway, they had their Memorial Day thrill show. This is the car I drove. Unfortunately the wiring harness fell on the drive belt and killed the car while I was racing. It’ll be back for the 4th of July show. If there’s any Grumpy Cat fans, you’ll like my car. Yes, it was inspired by the Grumpy Cat car that ra n in LeMons before anyone says I copied them. I absolutely did.

I was on the film crew at Seekonk for a few years in the mid-late 2000s. They had me up on the scaffolding in Turn 2. Caught some good action there.

They kinda frown on that.

I can imagine. We re you there a few years back during the spectator drags where a Fiero slammed into one of the track exits, I can’t remember if it was turn 3 or 4, and completely caved the nose in?

Owch.
That’s not the one I was thinking of. That crash happened over at the main entrance to the track in the beginning of turn 4.
