Very nice.
I’ve just cooked a beef brisket with a smokey BBQ sauce as a marinade.
But may have that later and do some katsu chicken.

Ch uck Eye steak from Wally World pan fried with sliced , boiled tater and halved Brussel Sprouts. Heated butter in the pan, sprinkled salt and Mrs Dash Original on the meat. Dryer this time than usual to mash the taters in but it all tasted good. And only a pan, plate, fork & knife to clean up.

I decided to have the BBQ beef brisket (it was just a small piece) with some mashed potatoes and some gravy using some of the marinade.

Chipotle mashed sweet potatoes are awesome.
Forgot the recipe exactly but chopping up a bit of canned chipotles in adobo sauce and mixing them in is the main event.
