Found at a Chevrolet dealership of all places. !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!
I’m going to harbor a guess that they traded this in for a Z06 or a Grand Sport. Taking into consideration the type of car this is, I highly doubt the owner would go for a ZR1.
It did get me thinking, though. If you do enough searching you can find a C7 Corvette for roughly the same price, and get the same power with more reliability and modern performance aspects. Is the Aston worth it for the four extra cylinders and all of the 007 jokes you can shake a martini at?

“ They’ll sell anything these days”
Or not - apparently Aston reliability is contagious:

I would if I desired to live with my mom for the rest of my life and never buy anything nice for myself ever again just to pay for the repair bills.

No Volantes! I think I’ll have an old Aston someday when I’m too old for raw unfiltered sports cars. I think these are like the cougars of sports cars. In Coupe form, of course.

Perhaps it wasn’t for your eyes only.

Yeah, the soft top is honestly the only negative in my eyes. Regardless, I’d own an Aston any day if it was offered to me. Raw sports cars are good and fine, but leather and wood-lined continent-crossers always have a place in my heart.

They traded it in for a small fleet of Spark 1LTs in Toasted Marshmallow™.

The listing said it was manual. I’ve been lied to. I’m going to burn down Dewey Barber Chevrolet immediately.

We all have the pay the piper sometime.

Short answer: yes! If you love Astons, you love them, and a spreadsheet won’t sway you.
You find these things in odd places. I found the Jag XK I almost bought at a Ford dealer. Through other means, I actually knew a lot more about the service history and previous owners than the salesman would even care to. T hat car was so out of place with that dealer experience.
